These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile and desktop applications ("App") and our website (https://superbrandnew.com). Use of the App

User Accounts & Subscriptions

Some features of the App may require a paid subscription. Subscription payments are handled securely by Apple via your Apple ID. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. You are responsible for any charges incurred through your account. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue subscription offerings at any time.

User Content

If you submit any content (e.g., notes, logs, feedback), you grant Superbrandnew LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely to operate and improve the App. You retain all rights to your personal health data, subject to our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality in the App and on our website—including design, text, graphics, logos, and software—are owned by Superbrandnew LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App or its content without our prior written permission.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Use the App in any way that violates laws or regulations
Attempt to reverse engineer or tamper with the App
Use the App for commercial purposes without our written consent
Upload malicious code or otherwise compromise the security of the App We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to users who violate these Terms.

We disclaim all express or implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Superbrandnew LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid (if any) by you for the App in the preceding 12 months.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Los Angeles County, California, for the resolution of any disputes.
